Terry Hau
Terry Hau has over 18 years of extensive experience in the financial markets, specializing in providing comprehensive advisory and support services to major family offices across Asia. His expertise includes establishing and operating family offices, as well as supporting their day-to-day operations, strategic vision, legacy planning, and investment management.
Terry began his career at EFG Private Bank, focusing on wealth and asset management. There, he evaluated investment opportunities and provided multi-asset class advice to European family offices, covering equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, private equity, and hedge funds. In 2009, Terry joined GIC, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, in London. He managed private equity and venture capital fund allocations, co-investments, and direct investments, shaping his long-term investment philosophy and commitment to multigenerational wealth management.
In 2011, Terry relocated to Hong Kong, frequently traveling between Hong Kong and Shanghai. He joined Synergy, a boutique fund advisory firm managing over $800 million in assets. During his tenure, he managed active and passive fund portfolios, advising top family offices and institutions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia on asset allocation and fund selection. Terry holds a law degree from the University of Law in London and an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

Greg Terris is a seasoned education expert with over 20 years of experience in educational psychology. He has worked at the prestigious Concord Academy in the U.S., gaining valuable teaching and student mentoring experience. Greg has a deep understanding of the unique educational and psychological needs of high-net-worth families, providing tailored one-on-one academic planning, mental health support, and personal development coaching for their children.
Greg has dedicated his career to creating personalized growth strategies for young learners, focusing on the intersection of education and mental well-being. Recently, he has worked on integrating psychological insights from Harvard Medical School experts into the Greater China region, promoting the synergy between mental health and high-end education. Renowned for his expertise, Greg is highly respected for his work in bridging the fields of educational psychology and mental health for elite families.

Dr. Chris Willard
Dr. Christopher Willard is a practicing psychotherapist, educational consultant, and lecturer specializing in mindfulness and positive psychology. He is a faculty member at Harvard Medical School, where he co-directs the K-12 Mental Health Conference, bringing cutting-edge psychological insights to educators and institutions.
With a wealth of experience, Dr. Willard has led workshops and consultations at hundreds of K-12 schools and over 30 leading universities worldwide, including Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford. His expertise extends to corporate and institutional clients such as Google, the U.S. State Department, and the U.S. Department of Education, reflecting his broad influence across sectors.
As the author of 20 books for parents, professionals, and children—translated into over a dozen languages—Dr. Willard’s contributions to the field of psychological wellness are internationally recognized. He has lectured and consulted in more than 30 countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, China, Singapore, India, Australia, and Brazil, solidifying his reputation as a global authority on mental health and mindfulness.

Robin Feng
Robin Feng, originally from Shanghai, brings extensive entrepreneurial and management experience in cross-border e-commerce. In 2006, Robin co-founded a cross-border e-commerce business, exporting high-quality products sourced in China to European and Southeast Asian markets via platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopee. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small team to a 300-strong organization, establishing a complete business chain covering procurement, logistics, overseas warehousing, and customer support.
In 2008, Robin moved to the UK to oversee the setup of the company’s first overseas warehouse, laying the foundation for a global distribution network. Over the years, Robin expanded operations in Europe and Southeast Asia, optimizing supply chains and logistics to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency. The company achieved an annual revenue of approximately 600 million RMB under his guidance. Inspired by the potential of mental health platforms, Robin aims to leverage his operational expertise to contribute to this emerging field and explore innovative business models.

Jason Xie
Jason Xie graduated with a degree in Information and Computational Science from the Applied Mathematics Department. After starting his career as a management trainee in the IT department at Amway China, where he managed IT infrastructure for the Greater China region for five years, Jason moved on to work with KWG Group. At KWG, he spearheaded the digital transformation of their real estate, property management, and hospitality divisions.
Jason later ventured into entrepreneurship, building a football score app from the ground up. Despite its success, he closed the venture due to regulatory challenges in mainland China’s internet lottery policies. Jason then joined a parenting-focused internet platform, “SanYou Parenting,” growing its daily traffic to over 2 million and generating significant advertising revenue. He later joined the innovation center at Huabang Holdings, overseeing technological advancements in eldercare. With 20 years of friendship with Terry Hau and strong ties to the psychology platform Yi Xin Li, Jason is eager to bring his technical expertise to new projects and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Bonnie Lin
Bonnie Lin has a diverse background spanning education, training, and technology, with extensive experience in cross-disciplinary management. Early in her career, Bonnie worked as a training project manager in the tech industry, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, honing her skills in problem-solving and efficient execution.
In 2016, she transitioned into the education sector, leading the development and operations of multiple educational consulting projects. From market research and product design to promotion, Bonnie successfully drove the adoption of consulting products among target audiences. She also managed an online reading platform project, overseeing content curation, platform development, and user engagement strategies, achieving high user retention and recognition in the market.
In recent years, Bonnie has focused on developing mental health-related educational products, covering content design, course creation, and user experience optimization. Her expertise extends to social media strategy, where she has built engaged user communities and enhanced brand visibility. Bonnie is passionate about advancing the intersection of mental health and education, leveraging her skills to create impactful resources for users.
